Architecture Studio “Safdie” recently completed the project for construction of housing complex “Sky Habitat” in Singapore.
The architectural structure of the facility leaves the bounds of the usual buildings, because the object at first creates the illusion as if performed by a series of blocks of white Lego.
Housing complex that stretches 38 floors is a delicate blend of two architectural structures linked by three bridges heaven.
The bridges are covered with gardens and what is even more interesting, have the function of public green spaces intended for tenants.
Heavenly Gardens decorated with comfortable benches tenants can use daily as recreational spaces with panoramic view of the city. Bridges, except healthy green spaces, ensures greater cooling vortex of fresh air and daylight in every room.
Asymmetrical placement of the suites and private terraces gives ultimate three-dimensional picture of the complex “Sky Habitat”. Unconventional layout of residential units in “Sky Habitat” provides an unobstructed view of the city from every room, as well as quality cross ventilation and airflow. In addition to the heavenly gardens and roof terraces, architects in the project grandiose residential complex inserted and pools on several levels.
