“If I work, I get up at 4:30 am. If I do not have any duties, then I am on my feet between eight and nine o’clock in the morning because I want to stay awake longer. Immediately after waking up I drink a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon ” – the actress told the magazine “Well and Good”.
Immediately after this drink, Jennifer goes to the bathroom to wash her face with soap and water, because she wants to be ready for her first – yes, first – day training.
I have a personal trainer for the first training which consists riding a bike for half an hour and yoga that usually takes me 40 minutes, “added Jennifer.
This training would be enough for many people, but it is only a warm up for Jennifer.
After her first training she goes to the gym where she exercises with weights and she is running the tape.
